Nym was having a bachelor party and requested pinata cookies, but shaped like cats. I followed this recipe pretty exactly. The pinata is filled with mini M&Ms. The cooking time was ridiculous, making each cookie about an hour to make. Since I didn’t have cookie cutters for this project, I made a stencil out of a Priority Mail box, and traced the dough with a xacto knife. I had to keep running the dough back into the fridge to cool it enough to work with. The cookies are glued together with royal icing.
