At Cnelson’s Labor Day BBQ, we ate Camel Sliders. This is a worthy addition to the growing list of strange animals I have eaten. The Camel was from Berkeley Bowl, frozen, about $16/lb. It was very juicy and falling apart on the grill. It tasted like a chewier buffalo (sort of). I had some cheddar on mine. I’d definitely eat it again. Everyone who had some seemed to like it. Even our resident vegetarian, Eliot, ate one!
